I approached Kathy Gorrell about selling my Rental Property, in the spring of 2013. She most kindly excepted, did researched to determine current values in the area and compiled her recomendations for us to review. We determined an asking price and with in days Kathy and her associates put together a variety of advertising venues that showed my listing to great advantage.
There were several issues with the Buyers financing when we were ready to close. Kathy work to find resolutions with good grace and thoughtfulness. I appreciated Kathy keeping me in the loop at all times and must say Kathy worked quickly and efficiently to expedite the closing.
My property closed 72 days from our originial contract date.

I had a wonderful experience with Kathy in purchasing a home in 2008. I had never been to Tulsa and she helped me quickly break the city down into potential areas of interest and narrow down my search area into a manageable one based on my needs. She was a wonderful listener, applied my requirements to my search, and guided me through my search efficiently since I had only 6 days to find a home. Her vast experience in the area has continued to benefit me as she still provides recommendations for repair personnel, contractors, etc. even though we haven't formally done business together in years.

Kathy helped us buy a home that was for sale by owner. By gaining the sellers' trust and confidence she enabled us to be the winning contract out of multiple offers on the house, even though ours was not the highest offer. Also, the sellers had several logistical complications but because of Kathy's vast experience, the inspections and closing were smooth.
She also sold our home. She gave excellent advice regarding pricing and preparing our house for sale. She has an extensive network of repairmen who helped us with minor repairs, painting, etc. so that the house sold quickly in a very slow market.
Kathy's experience was a huge asset in the process of selling an old home and buying a new one. She knows most of the area realtors and gathered lots of information through her network that we could not have learned by simply looking at homes on the internet. I believe she was able to do this because she is highly respected by her colleagues. She handled every aspect of our sale and purchase, making major life decisions as stress-free as possible.
