We worked with Julie remotely, she was our eyes and ears on the ground, we relied on her knowledge of the market and ability to translate our requirements into reality. We leveraged Julie to perform virtual tours, to negotiate and work with the seller for repairs, and to extend key dates to negate risk of deposit. Julie was also very knowledgeable and helpful connecting us to local services, both financial and for home repair, during and after closing. A year later, she remains available to help with market related questions. We have bought and sold several homes, Julie was among the best agents we have worked with.

Julie wasn’t upfront and honest with her services. She failed to provide a written copy of the listing agreement and attempted to retroactively change the date on the listing agreement without my consent. I didn’t receive the agreement until 2 weeks later. Julie received disciplinary action for her mistake. However, please beware!

We moved here out of state and didn’t know who to contact. Our realtor from another state reached out to Julie to see if she could help us out even though we were looking in towns outside her normal area. She agreed to be our realtor and she listened to what we wanted and helped us to find our perfect house. She was there for us in ever step and even helped us to find a great mortgage company. I would Highly recommend working with Julie! My wife and I are new to Tulsa and this is our first home so her knowledge of Tulsa and the surrounding areas helped us tremendously in our house search. Julie is very knowledgeable about Tulsa and the home buying process. We moved from out of state with limited time to look for houses and she made herself very available to us. She understood quickly what we were looking for in a house. At times she did seem to forget that buying a home isn’t something we do every day and that we might have benefitted from a bit more explanation or clarification at times.
