Being first time home buyers, my fiancé and I didn't know what to expect. Kristen made the whole process extremely easy from start to finish. She knew exactly what documents were required and could explain them in detail. Whenever we had questions, Kristen was always quick to respond. We looked at many houses before finding "the one" and Kristen was very patient with what we wanted! She was always looking out for us at every step of the way and we would definitely recommend her to everyone!

I can't say enough good things about Kristen! She was on top of everything from start to finish. We had a million questions as first-time buyers, and she gave us so much confidence. We new exactly what was going on and what to expect, which made the entire process smooth. Highly recommend her!

My husband and I cannot say enough about Kristen’s work. We were first time home buyers and pretty nervous about the process, and she made it literally so easy. It honestly could not have gone more smoothly, and it was all due to her work. She is responsive at all times, always on top of paperwork, communicated with the other realtor and us constantly and kept us in the loop at all times. She was wonderfully prepared at each house we saw, let us form our own opinions on each option but was able to provide really excellent information and expertise on each home for aspects that we never would have thought of on our own. She was early to each showing, got showings of each home within hours of discussing our interest, and helped us through ever step of the process. The realtor for the home we ended up buying was very busy, and at times, concerningly unresponsive, and Kristen was a bulldog in communication to make sure we were in the loop and everything with the other realtor was above board. We are so grateful to her and would seriously recommend her to everyone and anyone we know.

Kristen was amazing to work with. Being a first time home owner is stressful and she was very patient with us through everything. She went to bat for us when dealing with sellers and other realtors and made sure everything went smooth. She always had the best attitude and was very professional. Kristen helped me purchase my first home! She walked me through every step and more. I can honestly say I would not have bought without her. Kristen brought several great abilities to the table to help us close on the house my wife and I have always wanted. From deciding how much we could afford and ideas on how to afford it all of the way through making an offer on our dream home and negotiating the best price possible.
