There are 14 units that are 10 X 20; 3 units are 14 X 15; 2 units are 10 X 10 and 6 units are 20 X 20. The units on the south side of 7th Street were built in 1978, the units on the south side of 7th were built in 1985. Currently, all but 2 are rented and most have been rented continuously. There are utilities close by in the event a new owner may want to add to this property but there are currently no utilities in use at either set of storage units.
